In the past few years, she has focused her career on working within larger teams at a clinical management level where she plays to her strengths streamlining and optimising operational efficiency in the background, ensuring the practice runs smoothly to the benefit of both patients and team members.
In her spare time Jola enjoys cooking, baking, and world travel.
